Terms and Conditions
Definitions:
The “Website” LondonW1W.com and the accommodation offered on it is operated by CCY Consule Ltd (”Host”), registered office in England (11034032) at 71-75 Shelton Street, Ccy Consult Ltd, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.
The “Guest” books accommodation managed by the Host for a limited period of time to occupy there for a duration of less than 28 days for holiday purposes.
“Check-In” date and time as well as “Check-out” date and time will be agreed between the Guest and the Host.
The “Stay” is defined by the period between check-in and check out date. Check-in can not be before 2 PM of the check-in date; check-out has to be before 11 AM of the check-out date.
The “Booking” is the agreement between Guest and Host to exchange payment for accommodation service for the duration of the Stay at the property.
Booking:
A Booking is a legally binding agreement. A Booking can not be made more than 7 days before the desired Check-In date. A Booking is only legally binding if full payment has been made and cleared. A Booking is only legally binding for the Host if Payment has been done in person or if the Host confirmed the Booking by email within 24 hours after receiving an online Payment.
Refusing a Booking:
If the Host receives a Booking and is not comfortable to conduct business with the Guest or has to refuse the business for any other reason the Host will decline the Booking as soon as possible within 24 hours. If the Booking was made with an advance Payment the Host will refund the Payment within 24 hours after receiving the Payment.
Payment:
The “Payment” for the accommodation service is made in advance not more than 7 days before the first day of the Stay (Check-In date) but has to be completed before the start of the Stay that starts at the agreed Check-In time. The Payment may include a refundable Security Deposit of up to £200. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 3 days after the Check-Out date.
Payments can be made in advance online by bank transfer or payment link or in person on the phone or at Check-In in person. An online Payment or domestic bank transfer requires email confirmation to lead to a legally binding Booking or will be refunded instantly to the Guest. International bank transfers are not being accepted.
Cancellation:
A Booking is a legally binding agreement between Host and Guest. It can not be changed or canceled before or after Check-In. If the Guest does not show up at the agreed Check-In date and time the Guest will not get any refund and the full Booking still has to be paid for. There is no refund if a Guest wants to leave before the agreed Check-Out date.
Reservation:
A Guest may make non-binding “Reservation” more than 7 days before the desired Check-In date. If a Guest tries to make a Booking more than 7 days before the desired Check-In date with a Payment, the Host will refund the Payment instantly in order to refuse it as a legally binding Booking and consider it a non-binding Reservation. A Reservation becomes a legally binding Booking not more than 7 days before the Check-In date if full payment has been received from the Guest by the Host in cleared funds.
